Ancestral Clearing

Join me for a clearing of wounds and beliefs that have been passed down through the generations. Many times, fear, anger and feeling devalued are passed down for generations until it becomes a part of our behaviors and beliefs and part of the collective consciousness. It is often why sustainable change is a challenge because we are unaware that we have become our ancestors and have diminished our power of free choice. Clearing the oaths, vows and beliefs that have been passed down can make room for new behaviors and development of our inner gifts.

This workshop will be guided by Susan. Here is what you can expect.

A gentle guided meditation to lead you to your ancestor/ancestors who have been holding the vows and oaths of another time and life experience that is not yours to carry anymore.

All you need to bring is an idea of some belief or behavior you would like to heal and release - poverty consciousness, anger, shame, fear, unworthiness.  Together we will climb our ancestral line and discover the originating cause so that it can be released for good!  Talk about sustainable transformation. Oh. and a journal to write down any ah-ahs.
